Planning a BG turbo build this winter on a 94 mustang 5.0... Just wondering if a 225lph fuel pump would be adequate? Will see nothing over 9psi, shouldn't see over 450 at the tires, will be running 44lb injectors. I read that with a larger pump (I was looking at a aeromotive 340) it can heat up unused gas when returned, slightly fouling it.

Where did you find a 225 lph pump? Get a good Walbro GSS 340 255 lph pump and you should be good. I made 508 to the tire with a single GSS 340.

I'm starting to feel dyslexic, lol.

I meant the 255, I need to remind myself number differences are huge sometimes... was looking at Walbro/BBK, but BBK isn't exactly known for their pumps and everyone recommends Walbro for 255lph. Thanks for the information.

I made almost 550 to the wheels on a loaded dyno, maxed out my 42 pounders but not my 255.

The AEM 320 is an great pump as well and is normally right around the same price as the 255 most places
