GTP38 turbine housing size

    Hi guys
    I have put a GTP38 Powerstroke turbo onto my 6.6L Hino truck. Problem as you can guess is that it doesn't produce much boost unless its being run flat out 3100rpm.
    Question is can i get a ?smaller hot side for these turbos to get it spinning at lower revs. Currently it only produces 6psi at full noise.
    What im hoping for is just 10psi down around 22-2300rpm.
    And yes i know i should have bought a more compatible one in the first place, but :)
