On3 large frame vs twin gt45

    Doing some bench racing on a combo I'm working on but A: haven't seen a map for the 94 & 107 turbos and B: haven't found anyone actually using the big On3's on a big block.

    Quick rundown of my proposed combo, I have the engine but I obsessively research before ordering parts. Plan is:

    Ford 460, stock block and crank
    Scat h beams, forged pistons for 8.5:1
    Procomp aluminum heads
    Torker 2 intake
    Holley sniper Xflow
    Flipped 1 7/8 shorty headers
    Cortex EBC boost & water meth controller
    Air to water intercooled

    Desktop dyno puts it just under 450hp n/a, don't have the cam specs I used on hand right now

    Plan is 8-900hp capable for street and run what you brung races. Pump gas on 10psi on the street, 15ish psi spraying meth.

    I had planned on twin gt45s which are still on the table but I ran across the on3 turbos which would easily support this build on a single. Question is would one of those be happy at such a low boost level on the street? Also how comparable would spool be Screenshot_20211028-174151.png #ad

    I ran an s480 on a 472", ported C9s, Weiand stealth. Made 7-15psi fine.

    Did you run water meth on that setup? I would like to run a stealth but worried about distribution and the sniper playing nice with a dual plane

    Water meth, fitech efi. Didn't notice any distribution issues. There are a few 460 based builds in the build section. One uses a bullseye s488, another an ht60
