i have completed a minitub in my capri to get a bigger tire in it. while looking for tires i see there is not much selection for a 11-13 tread width under 29 inch diameter.
in the past i have run 28X10.5 in m&h, hoosier, mickey slicks and mickey pro bracket radial. the m&h seemed to be the best tire out of the hole but gets the death wobble after 100mph. the pro brackets are a nice tire but i cant hit a 60ft like the others. i got used to the radial and am a bit spoiled by the high speed stability and would like to keep it.

anything i can find i am not personally familiar with them, the track i frequent has poor prep but a fun place to go. i am planning on running mid 8's around 160 this year.
i don't think i can squeeze anything bigger than a 29 diameter tire or a 28 that "grows" alot
the tires i think will work are
    goodyear d2797 https://proshop.summitracing.com/parts/gdy-2797/overview/
    hoosier dot drag radial https://proshop.summitracing.com/parts/gdy-2797/overview/
    hoosier quicktime pro https://proshop.summitracing.com/parts/hoo-17611/overview/
    and mt et slick https://proshop.summitracing.com/parts/mtt-3057/overview/

will the radial hoosiers have the traction on a poor track to pull a 1.2 60ft, or should i stick with the goodyear if it will fit?

goodyears were backoredered so i got some hoosier 29/12-15, turned out they are actually 30" tires with a 94 1/4 rollout marked on them.
long story short i hate these tires. take 10lbs pressure and a john force burnout to get traction, with the low tire pressure they wobble like crazy at the top end.

i am also considering these tires https://www.summitracing.com/parts/mtt-3062w/overview/ 29.5/10.5w with the stiff sidewall
im also looking at some 325/50-15 and 315/60-15 tires from mt https://www.summitracing.com/parts/mtt-3555 https://www.summitracing.com/parts/mtt-3763x/overview/
these hoosiers also look appealing https://www.summitracing.com/parts/hoo-17318dr2/overview/.

does anyone have anything to say about the above tires?

on a side note i did a 180 spin at the track around the 250' mark and ruined 3 tires.
