Throwing code P2262 Turbo boost pressure not detected - mechanical
One instance few days ago no power and smoke, Actuator doing self test when ignition turned on
Removed actuator turbo seems to have full range of motion see video.
Mini maxx showing 0 boost but exhaust brake works, any ideas on what could be going on?

Does the turbo spin freely? Put a pressure gauge on it an check the boost.

 

I work on a lot of Cummins trucks and in my experience p2262 is almost always a death sentence for the turbo. It's a mechanical no boost code as opposed to an actuator problem. With the Mopar scan tool there is a specific test for that code that will give you a clean vgt vanes or replace turbo result. It's a turbo the vast majority of the time
