Head temps

    I am trying to find "typical" IR (Infared) head temps on a turbo 4.6 DOHC. I am running mine in a jet boat w river water constantly flowing through it. I'd appreciate it if anyone has any real IR numbers for their aluminum block DOHC heads. Thanks in advance.
