    Once again, I am old school, as the old solid cams needed .030 lash. lol. I'm sure it would be difficult to hear those new tight(er) lash solids.

    No big deal. They will "sing" and have a little rolling zing to them.
    I drive .680"+ something on the street, it ain't bad at all.
    You will have stop adjust them at everystop light too. :eek: j/k

    LOL I drive a .615 lift hydro roller everyday, and it sounds like a damn sewing machine.

    I don't know, its a 242/248 on a 110lsa. daily driven in ALL weather. Makes negotiaiting traffic at 7k rpm a breeze though :chacha:

    For sure that is a little cam 242 @ 0.050". (to me) :D

    Sorry hijack over.

    But my beast (n/a) gets 16 mixed/21 hwy, thanks to EFI and a T56. It definately thumps you in the chest at idle. I get looks everywhere I go, and they are either scared or impressed. All my co-workers call it "The Racecar", but I keep telling them it ain't, the racecar is still being build.

    What I meant, was a 242/248 on a 110 was big for a daily driver.

    drove mine to work yesterday ... the cop that pulled up next to me looked a tad shocked and confused i just waived and left :2thumbs:
    btw i run .024 and .026 and i can still hear the clickety clickety ... although its not as bad now with the girdles

    Do you have full roller rockers? Mine didnt sound that way until after I put the Comp Pro-Magnums in there.
