    Boats and turbo boost are both real addictive. I have sold almost every other toy to plow more money into the boat.

    I haven't done top speed and may never.
    A friend in norcal has the same boat with less hp and did 135 in the 1/4.
    I just don't need to go there.

    The accelleration is what moves me. It does 20 - 100 in 3.5 - 4 sec. and the accelleration is still not tapering off at all.
    Its the first boat I've owned that truly scares me.
    I have to admit I never looked at the tach during WOT all last season. Things were just happening too fast.

    Spotondl and SFV2RVR,
    Do you guys run a propshaft release on your gearbox ?

    I just added it for this year and it works well but giving up reverse was hard to do.
    Whoever said V drives don't need reverse must not boat much.
