    Hi guys,

Here's how my ported B heads look like.
Let me know on what you think

Intake port has been modified to be as a single and the injector is going to stand in the midle (custom manifold)

I had the same idea and talked to SHM and they said they really didn't know if it would work or not. Did you weld up the injector port on the primary ? . What type of intake are you going to match up to that and gaskets.

stangman9897 Yes we welded the stock injector spot out.
    99TTGT thx!

When I was talking about a custom intake manifold I meant that we'll make one our self. :welder:
    Same goes with gasket.

Could you get away with putting o-rings in the intake and do away with a gasket? Did they flow the heads by chance?

Did you port them yourself or had them done. What cams are you planing on running, i would think you would have to have custom cams for the amount of air that those are going to move. I would have them flowed just to see what the flow, my stage 2 B Heads flow 287 intake and 194 exhaust there full race heads 7K flow 304 / 241 , those should surpass that by quite a bit.

Wonder how thats going to affect the low end , that why they used the Imrc plates and had them set for 3200rpm to access the secondary port. How much boost are you planning on throwing at it.

We'll see about the boost lvl. Our goal is to get to 1khp we figure it should take around ~23lb of boost to get there, but as I sayed we'll see on how it goes and what will bring us there :)

    sry for my bad English

Where are you guys building this , i could tell from the tape measure in the pics your on the good ole metric system.

Heads like that could make 2000 with the right parts to go with it . With good valves and springs and a bullet proof bottom end .

We're building it in Lithuania (Europe).
The combo will be GT47(one of the smaller ones), running on E85.

I'll be using an all forged shortblock from MMR 4.75 stroker.
Heads will come with 03-04 cams and Manley high performance springs.

What RPM range should be my limit? should I keep it to 7.5k? (stock valves and retainers)

    7500rpms use 96/98 b head intake cams <will work better>
    Turbo use a Precision T6 Precision GT4788 PTB-150-5030 or ProMod 88
you can also use a Garrett 4718 or GTX5518R
