If your 04 has leaf springs in the front you wont be able to stuff a 35" tire on it without a lift. In 05' (might be late 04') ford wend to coil over on the front ends, and for some reason they picked up another inch or so of tire clearance. I'm running 35x12.50 R18's on my truck and I probably have enough room for 36's if I pushed it, but I've never seen an 04 or earlier Ford fit these stock, well without modifying the fenders a bit.

Truck looks great bud !! Very nice. I have a 2004 F250 4x4 King Ranch that I want to convert the front end over to a 2005+, lift it 2-4"s & put some nice tires on it. Again nice truck you have.
