Does oxygenated fuel have a significant enough of an effect on tuning your AFR from the standpoint that more oxygen in the combustion chamber causes the oxygen sensor to read a leaner AFR because of the oxygenation of the fuel ?

absolutely, fuels like VP 113 and Q16 as well as MS103/MS109 all contain oxygen in the fuel.

All of those fuels will cause your tune weather carbed or EFI to go lean from your standard tune. Exp. Q16, because of the amount of Oxygen in the fuel you have to be careful to add enough fuel when getting baseline tune to not risk anything bad happening.

Im a huge fan of oxygenated fuels, as who would turn down "free horsepower" if you will. On a BBF setup, a guy who races with us made an extra 34hp just from the switch of C15 to Q16. Gotta love that! Just be careful
