HAd the car @ the track today to finish my license runs. took 5lbs of boost out since the 903rwhp dyno pull,
I was maxing the injectors out,Any way i can`t get it to build boost on the brake 1/2lbs is all i got, so I pulled a 1.55 60ft
6.0 @ 121.7 1/8 th and a 9.30 @ 151.9 mph. Once i get the launch figured out and put some more seat time in I`ll
get my 8sec run, this my 5th full pass all yr.

 

Congrats man, definatly good numbers leaving on no boost, that thing is gonna go deep in the 8's

 

thanks man yeah i`m gonna play with it this week to see if i can get some boost on the brake. I`m gonna
try to get some 120lb injectors this week so i can put the boost back in it also.

 

Congrats man! Car is hauling for sure. What was the total boost? What does the car stall at on the brake? I had a hard time building boost even with my 61's. Curious to know what your rpm was. Take care man!

21lbs total boost, 3500 stall, trap rpm was 6500 rpms, that was another weird thing i had a 7000 rpm chip
in the 2 step and the car would keep going 6300-6500 the whole run, i checked in the fast and i have the rpm set
up @ 8200 so i know it`s not hitting that limiter either. So that was holding me back, it was getting quicker each pass
just need more time to play with it and get injectors in it to put the boost back in it.

 

Are you running a dual sync distributor? The rpm would jump around in your log?

good job, glad to see you getting some passes with it.. why wont it make any boost on the brakes or t brake??

 

on the t-brake not really sure i might add some more timing to it in that area and try that. i`ll get in the 8`s when i get back out
again. well hopefully. And thanks

yeah i still have that set-up. i`m gonna get the xfi with a crank trigger over the winter.
