need advice on choosing turbos

    Hello
    I am planning a 540 big block build. Will be a twin turbo build,looking for about 1200 horsepower and will be street driven, any help would be very welcomed

    You could go with Borg Warner S300 turbos for about $750 a piece. They're well built units commonly used in diesel apps and there are TONS of options as far as wheel sizing and housing a/r goes.

    Could also go with Garrett 60-1's. I always liked that turbo. Garrett only rates them at 550hp, but I've seen 590 on a chassis dyno. It's also available with ball bearings, but for about the same price I think I'd step up to a more modern GT35 or GT37.

    There are many other options too, but there's a few to get you started.
