Very cool, no hater here. :) Something I will say is I'd almost hold out for a set of 3 valve heads. Besides that based on what I've read of CV swaps of the 5.4L truck engine, I'd expect to be building an intake manifold for this beast or sawzalling the hood up some. With a factory forged crank all you should need is rods, pistons and a few other light mods should build you up a bottom end with a huge amount of power capacity.

Are there very many aftermarket options for the V10?

It may be best to have a shop pop those broken bolts out. Honestly that's something I'd pay for especially in an aluminum head. Aluminum is a pain in the ass to get anything out of it seems.

My local machine shop does plenty of the ford heads with broken bolts and they upgrade to the ford lightning bolts-studs as they are a better grade and stainless they tell me.

Next time use that tig welder and build up a blob of weld on the end of the broken bolt. The heat loosens it and the blob lets you turn it out with a vice grips. I do it all the time and never met one I couldn't get out.
