Idle/tps troubleshoot

    Hey guys I need some help here. I have a built traditional sbc 350 4.060 over, forged internals, dart pro 1 heads with a big roller cam and 78/75 turbo. I've recently switched from blow through to xfi 2.0 EFI MPI an e85. I've got cruise/wot fuel an timing pretty good. But for the life of me I cant get the motor to fire without cracking the throttle blades to at least 10% tps. And it will idle if I screw the blade adjustment screw all the way down. I've gone through 2 IAC to try an figure this out... any info anybody needs about the setup, tables, etc just lmk. I'm around 9.8 10.0 compression. I see about 6 in vacuum so maybe iac isnt allowing enough air through..??
