Can someone please explain how a parabolic curve works within a Holley carb? I have had some carb problems of late and have had to do a main body swap as I was told by the carb specialist that flowed my carb, that my parabolic curve was no good.
    Thanks.

    FYI,

The Innovate forums are VERY good for analytical type carb tuning info. A fellow named Tuner there is a wizard on carbs and general tuning on anything. I learned the vast majority of the carb tuning methods that I know from that very website. They tune for all around "perfection." So you can have your cake and eat it too kind of thing. MPG and raw power IS possible depending on the combo.

If I may advise you to ask the same question over there and see if Tuner will elaborate and perhaps help you tune your vehicle. Course, he can't help as much unless you have a LM-1 and datalogging and post logs for those folks to ponder and scrutinize.
