Air to water intercooler hose sizing

    I have a Frozen Boost a/w with 3/4" inlet and outlet. My ChiseledPerformance 7.6 gallon water tank uses 1" ports. The intercooler is in my fender and the tank in the trunk. I am also using the Rule 2000 pump. Would 3/4" hose or 1" hose be better?

    How do you go about wiring the water tank? Any relays needed?

    i use:
    1 switch
    1 fuse
    1 relay

    Thank you! What size fuse do you run? I think my switch is a 20amp iirc...is that jut a generic three wire relay?

    i use a 15 amp fuse for the 2000 GPH pump

    i use a 4 prong relay but a 5 prong will also work



    2000 GPH require 16 gauge wire up to 20'

    Is 16 gauge for all the wires ok? Also why hose is commonly used for water lines? Is it better to run them inside or outside of the car?
