MLS gaskets

    Who here reuses GM MLS gaskets and what is the procedure to do so?
    I know everyone reuses the ls9 but how about the rest? Anything to look out for and or cleaning prior?

    Clean them up good with mineral spirits and ether. Then spray them down good with permatex copper seal-a-gasket. The preferred method is to drill the rivets out and do each layer individually. I have never drilled the rivets personally, and had good luck reusing LS9 gaskets.
