mitsubishi bypass valve

    Hey guys. I have the PTK street dominator kit and it comes with a mitsubishi bypass valve (part #MD 1 62219). I was just curious if anyone knew how much boost it can efficiently handle. I will be running 12-15 lbs. of boost. Also, does any company make a higher flowing valve? I have looked and not had much luck. Thanks.

    Is that the plastic one? Cause those are considered junk.

    Lots of people, some are Blow off valves with a recirculation adapter.

    Mine got to 13.4 PSI peak but fell off to ~11PSI. This was the stock one from my PTK turbo kit.

    The 1st gen DSM BOVs are great budget valves, especially when put in a vise and crushed. When crushed they'll hold 22psi no problem.

    The standard one that came in my HP kit holds 20 without a problem. I know it's plastic and I'm pretty sure it is a mitsubishi.
