my 57mm turbos have 2 inch outlets
my intercooler is a 32x12x4 with single 3 inch in and outlets
i bought the intercooler when i had planned on using my t6 t76 turbo not this set of twins

i plan on building my own merge like this

now heres what i need to know

should i do 2 inch charge pipes from the turbo to the merge, using 2 inch i could only get a 2-2.5 inch outlet on the merge ad then use a reducing coupler to step it up to 3 inch

or should i use 2.5 inch tubing out of the turbo and build the merge with a 3 inch outlet

would one be better then the other ??

    thanks ,dave

If you cut the pipe less than halfway and bend them out you can probably get them out to 3".

i ended up changin my pipe routin so i changed up the merge a bit

erge pipe i made out of 2 45* bends

i really need to get a bottle of gas for my mig welder or a bottle of argon for my tig machine
aluminized pipe + flux = really shitty looking
