master power t-76 with a tial 38mm wg?

    question for the turbo small block guys..got a 347 sbf with flowed afr heads....my question is...will a 38mm wg support a t-76 on 15 lbs?

    Maybe 15 psi, but you will cutting extremely CLOSE !!!!! Don't think you will be able to run anything lower than that.

    The bigger the WG the more range of boost you'll have...

    That 38mm will prob not get boost down much lower like 10secgoal said....

    For that setup you want a 44mm min, I'd reccommend a 50mm. This way you'll be able to run lower boost if needed for traction or running pump gas.

    im also at altitude...dont know if thats makes a difference though :doh:

    I say 38MM is way to small for that application... I would run a JGS 50mm and call it a day :cheers: but the flip side, as already mentioned, is that 15PSI might just fly with a 38 but it is really cutting it close!
