Making a GT/TV hybrid turbo HELP PLZ

    I have a GT4502V and TV7701. I have heard that the TV series is just an older design of the newer GT series. The GT has a 70mm inducer and is essentially a GT45...a real GT45. Since they are both Garretts can I use the backing plate, compressor housing and comp wheel from the GT and use that on the TV7701 chra/center section and impeller shaft? Can this hybrid be completed without machine work?

    This is on a 351w with eddy 170s, f-cam and e-85.

    Should I use the monstrous gt45 the way it is? It has the adjustable vanes that are controlled by an air solenoid......or just rock the TV7701?
