In the process of degreeing my cams. It's a 5.0 stroker 2V with comp 278ah cams. 76mm single turbo. Contacted COMP and they said to set them at 114. Does this sound right? Also, which cylinder should I use opposite of #1 to set the LH side? Sorry for the questions, this is my first time degreeing

Yes intake centerline method. Taking 50 thousandths before valve opens and 50 after it closes. Adding 90 and dividing by 2 to get centerline. Only method I know of? Got 107 and 111

i went 110 icl but u have a 2v so i am missing the question on the 2v it should be affected by how the cams are ground im trying to think of the difference in my head but seems to me the cams are ground with lsa already in them so i would need to know what the cams measurements are to figure the right place to set them but general idea that i gather is the intake should be at around 112 and the exhaust should be around 120 i am at 110 intake and 122 but i am a 4v and can adjust them seperately yours are pre determined. at 114 it seems like to me u dont have a wide seperation angle in the cams i think at the end of the day i would go 112 intake measure at the valve and that should be the best place but depends on lsa and duration just my two cents

Lift is .550 and .550 at 50 thousandths. LSA is 114. Think I'm going to set ICL at 110 and call it a day.
