The back story is I've always wanted a wagon, and I've always wanted a turbo sbc. So I decided to start the search. Long story short I found this sweet ride on a trip to the junk yard. They had a title and said it came in under its own power. how ever at this point the radiator ,belts, hoses, carb ,distrubitor, and few light pigtails had been pirated. So for the right price I brought it home.

Then I swapped the stock th350c for a th350 with manual valve body and go fast goody inside. That was leftover from a previous project. Also swapped the stock intake and install a mallory digital hi fire ignition and distributor. Then dug up the tote of leftovers and got going. 20150512_121257.jpg #ad

Yes I had a little sit back tho dumped coolant in and 5 min later drip drip f-ING crome water neck so I'll fix it's ass little anibolic and a new gasket we'll be back in business. Still need to wire the relays for the fuel pump and fan that should wrap up the wiring. Then need to finish up the crossover pipe and oil drain for the turbo. Then I can send the hot side out for coating. The ? Is I'm torn between shiny silver or jet black ceramic. Any opeions ?

If you keep the wagon looking the way it is now, black coating; you make her pretty go silver.

Got a thing for wagons also :)

Still working on it. But it's up and forward basically a mirror of the right one . Just been to busy at work to get a turn on the welder I only have a hobart 110 with Flux wire at home so I tack with that and tig it at work . I try not to do anymore than absolutely have to with the flux because it's a PITA to clean up.

I got some more things sorted out. No pics but progress none the less. Got most of the boost vac lines figured out so the heater will still function and power break has a brass check valve so we can have boost an not blow up the little plastic one that comes stock. Hope to get some cleaning done on interior not to help looks so much as its just gross. Then rebuild the column as it has the infamous wabbly tilt that will get you arrested for drunken driving lol.
