i need info on this turbo

    i searched and couldnt find anything for this turbo that i just got for free
    the tag is a lil hard to read but the tag says (from top to bottom)

    turbocharger
    tdo6-2
    serial no. e3980
    part no. meo835 (scratched)
    (scratched out word) no. 49179-00240
    mitsubishi heavy industries ltd.

    other numbers on the cold side are
    49179-50800

    center section
    28 and an 8

    hot side
    79-14800 duc
    3 8k

    It's a Mitsubishi Heavy Industries TDO6-2 19C. Not a very popular or efficient turbo. It's somewhere between a Big 16G and 20G in size but does not have as efficient a compressor housing. Creates a lot of heat when compressing air and maxes out around 18-22psi.
