How much oil in a R302 with canton pan for 1995 mustang factory k-member

    Dumbass me drained the oil and didn't see how much was in the car before I emptied the pan. Also I changed my headers out earlier and broke the dipstick so I need to know how much oil including whats in filter to put in the thing so I can mark a new dipstick. Thanks and yes I ride the small bus. :doh:

    don't hold me to it, but I think for the most part those aftermarket pans are usually 7 quarts

    7 quarts total and 1 for the filter?

    Go to the Canton website and find your pan. You will see that their specs say "system capacity" so that means the pan and the filter combined.
