how do I adjust a volvo t3 wastegate back to stock?

    I played around with the wastegates screwing them in and out while I had the turbos apart, and now I don't know how to adjust them back to "stock" so that they only boost 7 pounds. What is the stock setting? should it just slip onto the wastegate flapper thingy? Mine pretty much just slips on.
