I know my Ecoboost Mustang will run on E15 fuel. But I have a Cobb tuner and am using the Stage 3 (93 octane) map. Any thoughts on how the car will respond??

    Respond to what.?
Are you adding the cobb tuner?
99% guaranteed that if you are using pump fuel , you already run e15 unless you have been going to ethanol free pump.

Am hoping to boost my octane a little, end of last season, while racing at Michigan, I put some 91 octane in my tank. I normally run 93 octane, just wondering if a little E15 will cause any problems or confuse the ECU and create DTCs, etc.

    I doubt it.
    91 and 93 are both e15

Ive known people that got check engine lights when they reached e30-e40. The codes where fuel trim codes from correcting for leaner mixtures.
