HKS GT2540R turbos with incon manifolds?

    My roommate is upgrading his turbo and will give me his HKS GT2540R turbo for almost free. Since these turbos have a t25 size exhaust side and flange, I was wondering if i will run in to clearance issues if i use some incon manifolds with them?
