How do I find out what heat range I need to run for the plugs?

What are you guys using for spark plugs and plug wires?

For wires I'm looking at the ACCEL 8006B - ACCEL Armor Shield Braided Spark Plug Wire Sets.

I have no experience with the Accel brand wires, do they hold up?

And MSD Ignition 32749 - MSD 8.5mm Super Conductor Spark Plug Wire Sets

I need to purchase some this week for my small block. Any reccomendations?

Hoping to have the car started within the next couple weeks.

BTW, I read through the spark plug FAQ.

I just ordered some of these. I like the heat refecting properties since the turbo is under hood. Got a set off Ebay for like $40. I even took it one step further and ordered some thermo sleeve to go over them as well.

I picked Magnecor to try to get very low interference with the efi ecu and radio. They don't have that kind of heat resistance though.
