Welcome to the site. It all depends on the budget and what kind of power goals you are looking for. :2thumbs:

It has nothing to do with either, pure personal preference.
How much money do you want to spend?

List exactly what you have right now.
    Then list your goals.
You can make twins or a single suit your needs just fine.
edit: I'll make this clear ,
    standard/automatic ?
    rear gears ?
    rpm preference ?
    weight ?
    tire size ?

In my opinion...I would do the single turbo setup. Less piping under the hood so therefore you can perform most routine maintenance such as spark plugs, oil changes, alternator replacement, or water pump replacement without alot of hassle of piping or turbo parts bring in the way. Acheiving the 400hp mark is really to easy with your combo....might upgrade the fuel system a little better to accomodate the extra power that the turbo WILL deliver.
