good top end for this bottom end opinions?

    Whats a good top end for my build stuck indesisive
    383 LT4Short Block, 9.0:1.
    '¢ Eagle 4340 forged steel crank, 3.75', internal balanced front and rear.
    '¢ Eagle forged 4340 H-beam, 5.7' length, floating pin.
    '¢ SRP forged blower pistons -31cc.
    '¢ Hastings Racing plasma moly rings.
    '¢ Clevite H-series main and rod bearings.
    '¢ ARP performance main studs (4-bolt).
    '¢ Comp Cams 224 /236 .605/.624 with 1.6 (Serial Number# C 0505/ Part# 07-000-8/ Grind# LT1 3192S/3196S HR116+4).
    '¢ Comp 850-16 Hi Energy roller lifters.
    '¢ Melling high volume oil pump.
    '¢ ATI Super Damper.
    '¢ 7 qt Canton road race pan.
    Real quick cast manifold frontmount s400 setup
    just need advice on heads and intake as far as using stock heads porting to what exhaust valve and intake valve sizes springs?ect would be best fro my bottom
