Anyone on here know what the part numbers are for the different A/R ratio housings for a garrett T18A90? I am looking for a 1.0 or 1.32.

is that the turbine housing that is bolted to bearing housing, and can only be placed in bolt hole clockings???

As far as I know most of them are f-trim housings. Precision Turbo has them and they are the same price thru a diesel supplier. they are right around $350 last I checked.

 

There is only a 1.50 or a 1.32 available for a 18A90 model. The P/N for the 1.50 is 407738-22. price sheet shows $613.55. The 1.32 is 407738-23. $595.67

I had a 1.00A/R for my T18A90. I also had a 1.50 A/R.

 

Someone may have switched turbine and exhaust housing on yours. A 18A40 can be had with a 1.00 or a 1.50. Different wheels, different housings
I have parts breakdowns for 83 different models T18's. Lots of way's to change stuff

 

My T18A40's that I had all had 1.32A/R housings on them. At least the three I had. :noidea:

 

Sent me you email address, I'll sent you all 28,000 different Garrett turbo breakdowns that I have. Real busy right now so i don't have time to go though them all . But for a T18A90 only the two I posted are listed from the factory.
A T18A40 is a way different turbo. The "T" and "18" are the only remotely close words

So what your saying is that none of the t18a90 came with a f-trim turbine?

 

all the t18a 's i see , come through with the 110 mm tv turbine wheel....

 

I am just telling what the parts breakdown shows. There over 80 models of T18's, lots of ways to move parts around. Doesn't mean all parts are the same,nor will all interchange. Sorry, Its always possible that that factory is wrong and so is all my data. If all yours had a 110mm wheel then lets make that the rule. Sorry for the interruption.

 

So what he is saying is dont listen to me about it being a f-trim. I might have gotten lucky with mine. I just assumed they were all like that. My bad.

 

dave is prob. correct in saying that factory t18a90 only came with 1.32 and 1.50.a t18a90 compressor wheel can be made to fit an e trim ex.wheel which would come available with a 1.00 housing.

 

The turbo was just rebuilt and the guy i bought it from gave me the build sheet from the place so here it is and I think a 1.32 wouldnt spool too bad i just don't think the 1.5 on it would be optimal.
