c4 gurus come inside

    First pic is my current low reverse drum, front side is machined for roller bearing for reverse planetary hub and second is my stock core drum. So now the question.... Why does my current drum have the lip by the geaR and the core does not? Nothing looks like it came in contact with it in the trans so is this supposed to be like that? what should i look for causeing it if anything?
