Haven't updated here in a while, so I thought I'd post up some new info. My car has gone through quite a few upgrades over the last year due to many broken parts along the way from turning up the boost.

New combo is still the .040" stock block 360 with the cast crank.
    Hughes girdle
    Eagle rods/diamond pistons
    CNC ported Eddys
    Victor 340 intake
    230/[email protected]" hydraulic roller (~.540" lift on a 112LSA)
9.5" PTC converter with a brake (727 pushbutton trans)
3.55 Dana with cal-tracks, monoleafs, and good double adjustable shocks.
    275/60 M/T drag Radials (non-pro's).
    Running non-intercooled still on E85.
    S475 turbo (1.32 A/R, 96mm exhaust wheel)

    3700lbs with me in it.

With 15~16psi last weekend and 18 degree's of timing it went 9.89@136mph at Quaker City last weekend!!! Still has a LOT more in it...!!!

Here is a vid of a 9.95 pass on 14~15psi.

Thanks for the complements guys... I am really happy with it. I NEVER thought this thing would go so fast with such a mild combo...

    9.2:1 compression

Yeah it's got a roll bar in it, but no roll cage. 10.0 NHRA limit.

32 initial, pulling down to 18 total at 16psi.

I believe it could take quite a bit more timing at this boost level, I'm just sneaking up on it.

Great little car you got there, I would love for that s475 to be my next turbo. What RPM does boost start to build at? Also what size hot side and downpipe?

    Yes running a 6530.

I leave on the trans brake, so boost "building" is not a problem. The converter stalls to around 3k on motor (5k+RPM on boost). That is plenty to get it lit.

My buddies have been giving me a hard time about that too... Lol

I might have been looking at the boost gauge. My friends said I was probably saying a prayer for the cast crank.

That is a very cool picture.

Do you run a vacuum\ boost line to the FPR?

Yeah you have to do the fuel pressure increases with boost. If you don't, the boost will push the fuel backwards through the lines.
