Dunno.....but I'm sure there's someone with a very light car somewhere going too fast with a 76mm turbo lol.

It would probably be hard to say who exactly is the fastest period, though.

One of the quickest I've seen was by a guy on this board with a GT4276 that went 8.79@156 through a TH400 transmission. His name escapes memory, right now.

Will Evers would be the car you were referring too, black hatchback with GT42-76 as stated.

331WhiteCobra or whatever his SN is went 156 or some mph at the TM.com shootout on a T76GTS in a 95 Cobra.

How does the 154 MPH compare to us running 5.45 @ 128 with a 75mm? I think we could run that MPH in the 1/4 fairly easy.

I have never stated that is the fastest, just some of the quicker cars I can remember.

Only one way to find out and that is to run it.

What turbo are you running as well, cause if you say a 76mm DR cheater turbo then IMO that doesnt really count.

The fastest 76mm will be a cheater 76 thumper from Garrett, if your looking to race turbos and their comp maps. Now if your looking to race cars....then it will depend on the setup and weight.

Will, are you still running the PTK kit. I know you love PTK :D, but I didn't know if you were still running that system or not?

Good question... I never looked at 8th mile times till I got my new converter. The thing locks so hard on the top end that I had some trouble completing passes. I had the 2-3 shift softened up and its fine now.

No I'm refering to a true thumper, with F-trim wheel and CNC'ed 76mm wheel. We have built a few and they haul ass......make a good bit more power then the smaller TV and S400 based units. PTE makes them as well.

GReddy/Mitsubishi T88H-38GK is another good 76mm. 90mm turbine if memory serves (near GT47). That turbo with Gary White driving the old Titan Supra I worked on went ~8.0@175-176 @ ~3150lbs and a garden hose of nitrous.

Weight and nitrous need to be specified for this thread.
