Anyone experience this? 750 Holley with BRPV in the rear. I could not get rid of a rich stinky smoke plug blackening idle. Not even with a bunch of timing. The chamber behind the Brpv was full of fuel. Not sure how it was getting into the engine. I have the PV port blocked off.

    Any ideas or similar experiences?

If fuel got past the diaphram, the diaphram is most likely bad and the power valve may be hung open.
Visually confirm that the valve is in a seated position.
