This is a good wastegate location on the crossover. I think it would be a good idea to use a pair of v bands to make the crossover removable. I’d put a flex pipe in on the crossover. 2” to 2.25” max diameter crossover

As long as you have good location and a good angle on your wastegate you’d be fine . I run a 38mm Tial gate on my car and mine won’t run under 10psi my wastegate location is pretty close to the pic I posted.if you used a larger gate with the larger pipe you’d be able to run a lower minimum boost and have better control of your boost. I don’t think that adapter wouldbe the cleanest way to do it. More likely than not the adapter would put the turbo in a bad location. Another option is to mount the wastegate onto the exhaust housing of the turbo . Your best bet though is to use a similar design to the pic I posted up

Ok.. The Turbine housing is a T3? And you want to put it on a V-8? What is the RPM limit of this V-8?

I missed that part ! You need a t4 turbo minimum to run a single . If your running twins than a t3 would be ok .I gave you a few suggestions of turbos I think on your turbo build. You don’t have to spend a fortune on one. S366,t70 t4, gt45.

If the turbo has a t3 exhaust housing I would not use it on a 5.0

You can't use that turbo on a 5.0. I mean... You can bolt it on, and it will make boost, but you will hit max boost at like 2000rpm and won't be able to rev past 3000 while detonating itself to death.

S366, or clone gets my vote. Make sure you research the t70, sometimes the titles are misleading, and the specs are much different.

Dont take this the wrong way you guys told me not to use t3 because it's to small. I been looking at turbos what is the difference between t3/t4? that is what mine is I dont know this is confusing to me just though turbo is a turbo lol. I know there is big ones and small ones
