P0243 Code

    Im getting a trouble code of
    "P0243 Turbocharger wastegate solenoid A"
    I cant find anything on this. Im not sure but it might be telling me that I have a WG locked up or sticking.
    My VooDoo IV manual boost controller was dead on at 17# and now Im seeing some spike.
