First of if you know a engine made say 760Whp at 31Psi on 8.5:1 compression can you calculate what it well make all things in the tune being equal at say 10.5:1? Also when converting to E98 from C-16 can anybody tell me how much more timing that the E98 wanted. I don't want timing #'s but the same, or so many percent more would suffice.

A lot of this is just going to require testing. Nobody can really tell you a for sure answer. I know E-98 has a cooler intake charge due to latent heat of evaporization, cooler charge ususally means = more timing.
