1100 Diesel turbo project

    HI,
    I have a Kubota 1100 cc diesel engine(D1105) and i have installed a TD03-7G trubo. I'm only getting 3 psi boost and was wondering what the problem is. The trubo is sized right for the engine. I was told i need more fuel but so far have not be able to find out how to add more fuel on the Bosch mechanical pump. Plus it has a govener that may need tweeking.

    Any one have any suggestions why this turbo is not making boost.

    Which injection pump is it? What year is the motor?
