LSX TURBO HEADERS?

    Anyone making LSX turbo headers. Its for a 72 nova, I was going to use c6 flipped manifolds but looking into some headers. I know about stainless works but 1000 seems steep. Does anyone on the forum make mild ones?

    No offense, but if you think $1000 seems steep for SS turbo headers, then you will need to fab them yourself. Goodluck finding anything premade cheaper.

    SS material in that setup is probably 500 bucks or more depending on collector type.

    re-read the post above I said cheaper in MILD.... I am sure I can get the mild material for well under 300 for thick flanges and quality tubing. So a person in the industry could get it around 250 or lower. So I think 600-650 would be a fair price for mild headers.

    Mild steel mustang shorty headers cut the flange off take them to a muffler shop swell the pipes round weld on a ls flange. They are the same center line Ive seen some people do it in a g body.

    Third link I posted above.....also LSx have 1.75 size exhaust ports.
