    Hello all!

Are shorter rods favourable to longer ones, in a boosted engine?

I have a set of forged Manley 6” rods for my 250 inline... is there a benefit to running the 6” vs the stock 5.7”?

Won't make an appreciable difference. Run what you've got. The only reason to worry about it is if you need to get more meat above the top ring.

The only real benefit with a long rod in a turbo application is side load reduction, but it comes with less space for your ring pack, and a less durable piston.
