    Hey :)
    I've got a BMW 318TDS from 1995.
Originaly it has 90hp and 190Nm of Torque.
This isn't what id call 'alot', and ive been thinking of replacing my turbo, as im approaching the 200 000km mark.

But i really want to upgrade it. Not just replace it.
Any ideas how i can get about 125-145hp out of my tiny engine?
    (Already installed a chip)

Is that TDS mean it's a diesel? Is the car stock besides the chip? Intake & exhaust upgrades are always a good idea on a turbo vehicle if you haven't done them already.

The car is a diesel, yes. 100% stock other then the chip.
I know i'll have to upgrade manifolds, air filters, diesel-pumps, injectors, etc...
