blowing gaskets

    what kind of head gaskets are best for around say 18-20 pounds of boost and does anyone run these o-ringed head gaskets with the block grooved???

    i run a fel-pro mls gasket and i think it went......theres was a little water in the #5 cylinder and some getting in the oil
