It's like tuning a Honda. You have to install a check-valve before the MAP, and play with a fuel pressure regulator that raises pressure relativet to boost.

Not worth your time. I'd convert into TEC3.

Just switch to mass air and 42lb injectors. You won't need a moates or a tec3 then.

Another option is to go with a MSI or MSII mega squirt for tuning speed density. It is a stand alone tuneable speed density computer. You can install it under your dash and they even sell a cable with adapter to plug right to your factory speed density computer. When you add up the cost of converting to mass air, including (quickly needed for more performance) larger injectors, computer, harness, constantly matching new maf tubes to your larger & larger injector sizes etc, the mega squirt is definitely way cheaper and will support up to 2000 hp for engine modifications whether ya go naturally aspirated, turbo, blower or nitrous. A lot of guys on here with factory mass air setups go to mega squirt for this reason. Most of the very high hp drag car setups use some form of expensive after marktet speed density computer system to tune & adjust the fuel tables for that cars modifications or combo. Mega squirt is the cheaper yet still high performance & quality speed density computer, especialy for the "do it your selfer" who wants to save money. WIth the mega squirt you just increase injector sizes one time to the range or size supporting your desired horsepower goal, and then simply tune and adjust from there. You can progressively add a lot of engine mods and simply tune and dial each one in. So the right injectors and your Mega squirt computer, thats all ya need (besides buying a larger correct MAP than supplied with the mega squirt if your running a lot of boost like over 15 lbs) :2thumbs:
