Is there a certain sensor that works best for dome control, or will any of the 0v-5v sensors you see on amazon and ebay work ok?

are you talking about wastegate position or a pressure sensor? Ford EGR valve position sensor will give you good valve position info. they are pretty easy to adapt to a standard gate top as well.

No I am talking about a pressure sensor to read co2 pressure applied to the dome for boost control.
