Aussie t51r feed 202ci holden 6

    Hi,

    well ive had this car for a number of years and i have now decided to turbo charge it :2thumbs:. so i brought the best aftermarket head available for it and went from there :chacha:.

    i have got this fruit for it so far

    JZED head (flows 400hp)
    garrett t51r turbo
    arermotive a1000 and 13109 reg
    msd btm as we already run a digital 7 plus ign box
    transbrake, manual shift trimatic (t180)


    im in the process of getting some stuff off burns stainless to make an exhaust mani

    hopefully the 50mm turbosmart w/g and turbosmart race port bov will leave the us early next week

    then im going to start on the intake mani

    im in the final stages of sorting the hot side stuff from burns im going to have a set of steped tri y headers.

    wastegate and bov should be here this week

    solid roller cam is on its way aswell :2thumbs:

    50mm w/gate and a race port bov has arrived :chacha:

    some of the burns header stuff will leave early next week. :2thumbs:

    here is some more fruit that has arrived im hoping to get a start on the pipes ova xmas.

    I can only say WOW MAN! That is some serious kit there. Craziest holden 6 head I have ever seen. Looks like someone copied a Brad Anderson Hemi style head. I assume this is a methanol build yeah?

    How much power are you chasing?

    Block strength is going to be a problem i would have thought. :huh:

    Seriously though. SICK! Subscribed!

    Hi ATD350,

    it is actually a new j.zed head whitch is a copy of a duggan head made 20odd years ago hehe,
    arh not im running a snow performance meth injector setup. but im not running it one meth proberbly some sort of oxygenated race fuel /or e85 at this point as i would like to drive it on the street .

    arh we are hoping for it to get into single figures at the strip.

    oh yes i dont doubt that this head and turbo could way out perform the oem block. if we keep rpm's down and boost down should be able to get a longer block life..


    here is another pic this should be the last things from burns. waste gate merge colector turbo flange, clamp lugs.

    well the fun has started already ive made a brace now thats holding the turbo in its spot but im having a little trouble shaping the pipes as they go into the turbo flange. but i will start a new thread for it.
