Audi A4 and aftermarket turbo's

    I have been told more than once that OEM is the only way to go. I have had two aftermarket pop and send oil into the exhaust on the first test drive although they behaved just fine on start up showing no errors on scanner.

    The original Borg Warner has 200k on it and I just wanted to update as it had some end play and a little oil getting through it.

    Any experience you care to share?

    Oil in the exhaust doesn't mean the turbo has failed. Need turbo specs, oil feed and return specs.
