when the bb turbo blew, bought a mpt70 used on the forumn, good turbo for the money (used 400.00 shipped) ended turbo problems, tuned at 15-17#'s, pms tuned by the way, blew 4 sets of head gaskets with 12.0 a/f and 18* timing, warped the deck around .008, this was measured after blowing first set, didnt wanna pull motor and deck it, tried 9333pt1 sprayed heavy coat of coppercoat, held at 6#'s, didnt hold at 12#,s, so tore it down, started building the windsor, picked up the block from machine shop, 945.00 ooooouch!, but this included 200.00 for balancing my rotating assembly, machining include: bore block, cam bearings, line bore, brass freeze plugs, hot tank, deck block to .005 in the hole with my rod and piston combo, and pressed the pistons on the rods, straighten and grind crank, .010 mains, .020 on rods, chamfered rod and main oil holes, and .093 radius grind while turning crank, will be posting pics of new 357 on the stand

here is a run down on the heads, tw 170's, heads were sent to tea, cnc profile on exhaust(tw205 program) they also cnc'd the combustion chambers, this put the chambers at 64cc, this is what was done to them when i bought them used (around 40 passes)they were fine on the little 302, but for the 357 I went to work on them, ported the intake runners from a felpro1250 to felpro1262, this took 30 plus hours, cut a little more on exhaust side and polished up, then had .018 cut from them to bring cc back down to 61, with .005 in the hole, .040 mls, 15.9cc probe dish, should be right at 9.5 to 1, here's some pics
